Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of the Construction Quotes platform by your organization and the people it authorizes. By requesting access or using the service you agree to them on your organization's behalf.

The service

Construction Quotes provides quoting, job costing, invoicing and related record-keeping for construction businesses. Access is granted per organization, after review, and each organization administers its own users and permissions.

Your account

• Keep your credentials to yourself; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Your organization's administrator controls who on your team can see and do what.
• Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

Your data

The business records your organization enters remain your organization's property. We host and process them only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to store the data you enter - for example your own customers' contact details and your employees' records.

Acceptable use

• No attempts to access another organization's workspace or another user's account.
• No probing, scraping, overloading or disrupting the service.
• No unlawful content, and no use of the service to break the law.

Availability and support

We work to keep the service available and your data safe, including routine backups. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Numbers, documents and decisions

The platform computes totals, margins and documents from the figures your team enters. Your organization remains responsible for reviewing quotes, invoices and payroll figures before relying on them commercially.

Suspension and ending the service

We may suspend an organization that breaks these terms or endangers the platform, and will say why. Your organization may leave at any time; on request we provide an export of its data and then remove it from the live system.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amounts your organization paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change materially, the date above changes and your organization's administrator is informed before the change takes effect.
